lessons on poor leadership

(AKA: taylor, it's not only your grammar that sucks...)

i am really looking forward to watching the finale of rachel zoe (on DVR after my celebration, of course) b/c i am so hopeful that rachel will open her eyes to what a total asshole taylor has been to brad, which is a HUGE detriment to the success of Rachel's business. if taylor had TRAINED brad and was a true mentor, had defined expectations and goals for him, taught him what he needed to know to not only help grow the company but to give him a sense of accomplishment, brad would be a huge ASSET to the business. due to taylor's (and ultimately rachel's) lack of leadership, they are throwing away a talented person who cares about the success of rachel zoe's business. taylor had it in for brad from minute 1, not even DAY one.

oh, and taylor: "IT'S BRAD OR I" is such an annoying abuse of grammar that i LOVELOVELOVE!!! that Bravo used it over and over and over again in the previews for tonight's show.

taylor has a chance to get me on her good side if she comes around tonight, but this girl ain't holding her breath! there's a way to do things that make everyone relatively happy, and a way to be a total, miserable person. you should go with door #1.

btw, what is taylor's photo shoot all about??? for reals....someone is using her as the face of their marketing campaign?? maybe she's modeling as the cracked-out "before" model in an anti-drug campaign. or modeling for american apparel. either way makes sense...

p.s. i'll post some pics to go along once i figure out why my wireless mouse isn't working. i don't understand laptops....
