Live from Martha's Vineyard, It's Sunday Afternoon!!!
We arrived late last night, since traffic from Rye, NY (where we stayed overnight) was horrific, and we missed our ferry reservation. If you are going to bring your car, you have to make ferry reservation MONTHS in advance; my brother made this one in February. We lucked out and only had to wait 2 more hours in Woods Hole, which ended up being OK since we went for a nice dinner.
Today, the boys (ages 7 and 3) woke me up at 6:45. Oye...we went for a bike ride into Edgartown, where we had a great breakfast. Then we headed to the Agricultural Fair, where the boys went on a bunch of rides and we saw a dog show (not quite Best in Show, but close enough), a horse show, and a lot of other animals, including a huge owl and an even bigger bald eagle.
I am gonna go make myself some lunch and prepare myself for some canoeing on the pond across the street from us. Ciao for now!

I'm jealous - haven't been to the Vineyard in a couple of years, but I do bust out my MV hoody sweatshirt from time to time and reminisce.....
